Tricia Sittauer (b. 2001) is a ceramic artist based in Philadelphia. She earned her BFA in Ceramics from Tyler School of Art in 2025 where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. Inspired by her upbringing on various wildlife refuges across rural America, her work captures the patterns and textures of our natural landscape. She works on the wheel as well as sculpturally, prioritizing light, shadow, and pattern in both mediums. Most recently, she has been working on tile installations that rework and push the limits of both the material and the natural landscapes that inspire her.
Outside of her practice, she is an instructor of ceramics at Blue Skies Studio in Bryn Mawr as well as an assistant instructor at The Clay Studio.
